Amazon Associates Earnings Audit

Upload your earnings CSV. It is parsed entirely in your browser — we never upload, store, or see your data. Free, no sign-up.

What this tool does

It compares what you were paid with what the rate says you should have been paid

After Amazon's 2026 commission cuts, earnings reports are harder to trust at a glance. This audit reads your Product Earnings Report CSV and checks each qualifying line item against the published commission rate that should have applied on that order's date. It flags line items where your reported commission is below what the rate implies — a possible underpayment — and separates returns and uncategorised rows so nothing is falsely flagged against you.

How it works

Three steps, fully in your browser

1

Download your report

In Amazon Associates, go to Reports → Product Earnings Report and download it as a CSV. No columns to reformat — the audit finds them automatically.

2

Run the audit

Upload the CSV here. Everything is processed locally in your browser tab; your file is never uploaded or stored anywhere.

3

Review the report

See your estimated shortfall, worst categories and flagged line items on a print-ready report, then export a claim CSV if you want to contact Amazon support.

Example

How a flagged line item works

Your report shows a PC & PC Components order: price $200, quantity 1, referral fee $4.00. The current rate for that category is 2.5%, so the expected commission is $5.00. The gap is $1.00 (20% below expected) — the audit flags it as a possible irregularity for you to verify. It is never a guaranteed claim; you decide what to pursue.

If the gap doesn't clear the confidence threshold, or the row is a return or an uncategorised category, it is excluded rather than falsely flagged. That's deliberate.

FAQ

Earnings audit questions

Is my Amazon earnings data safe?

Yes. The audit runs entirely in your browser. We never upload, store, or see your numbers, and there is no account or sign-up required.

Does a flag mean I was definitely underpaid?

No. We surface possible irregularities that clear a confidence threshold, with plain-language reasons. Returns and ambiguous rows are separated so they can never be falsely flagged against you.

Which file do I upload?

The Product Earnings Report from Amazon Associates, downloaded as a CSV. The audit detects the columns automatically, so a raw download works.

Does this work for UK and Canada accounts?

Yes. The audit matches categories against the applicable market rates where we hold them. The core check — comparing reported commission to the expected rate — works the same way.

What do I do with the results?

Review the flagged line items, cross-check them against your dashboard, then use the claim export to open a case with Amazon support. Your file never leaves your browser.

Amazon Associates → Reports → download the Product Earnings Report as CSV.

Try it with sample data (no file needed):

Our honest rules We never flag a "guaranteed underpayment." We separate returns and informational rate-change rows, and only surface a possible irregularity when it clears a real confidence threshold. You decide what to pursue.
